BEML Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML), a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has released the official notification for 1,346 Apprentice vacancies. The recruitment is being conducted for ITI, Diploma and Graduate Apprentice posts under Advertisement No. L&D/01/2026, dated 18 August 2026.

Eligible candidates can submit their BEML Apprentice Recruitment 2026 application online through the official BEML recruitment portal from 18 August 2026 to 08 September 2026, up to 11:00 PM. The apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

The selected candidates will undergo apprenticeship training at BEML manufacturing complexes located at Bangalore, Mysore, KGF and Palakkad. Candidates with Engineering Graduate, General Graduate, Diploma or ITI qualifications and meeting the prescribed eligibility conditions can apply.

BEML Apprentice Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

BEML Apprentice Educational Qualification

BEML Apprentice Age Limit

Candidates must have completed 17 years of age to be eligible for BEML Apprentice Recruitment 2026. Candidates who have not attained 17 years of age are not eligible to apply.

BEML Apprentice Passing Year Criteria

Candidates must have passed the final examination of their qualifying Degree, Diploma or ITI course within three years from the closing date of the BEML Apprentice application.

The date of declaration of the final result should be clearly mentioned on the marksheet. If the result date is not mentioned, candidates should provide a supporting certificate issued by the concerned college, institute or university.

Candidates Not Eligible for BEML Apprentice Recruitment

• Candidates who are awaiting their final examination results.
• Candidates who have not completed 17 years of age.
• Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training in any organization, for any duration.
• Candidates whose qualifying qualification does not meet the prescribed full-time and regular course requirements.

Full-Time Qualification Requirement

Candidates must possess a full-time regular Degree, Diploma or ITI qualification from a recognized institute or university.

Qualifications obtained through the following modes are not eligible:

• Part-time courses
• Correspondence courses
• Distance education
• Online education

Candidates should ensure that their qualification matches the required discipline or trade before submitting the application.

BEML Apprentice Marks & CGPA Requirements

The percentage of marks obtained in the final qualifying examination should be clearly mentioned in the final or consolidated marksheet. Candidates should provide the overall percentage of the qualifying course rather than semester-wise marks.

If the university or institute awards marks in CGPA, candidates must upload a Percentage Conversion Letter issued by the concerned institute or university along with the required documents.

Specialization / Major Requirement

The required area of specialization or major, including dual specialization wherever applicable, should be clearly mentioned on the Degree or Diploma certificate.

If the specialization is not mentioned on the certificate, candidates must obtain and provide a supporting certificate or letter from their college, institute or university confirming the relevant specialization.

BEML Apprentice Vacancy 2026: BEML Limited has announced 1,346 apprenticeship training slots for eligible ITI, Diploma and Graduate candidates. The vacancies are distributed across the company’s Bangalore, Mysore, KGF and Palakkad Complexes.

The BEML Apprentice vacancies include opportunities for Engineering Graduates (BE/BE Tech), General Graduates, Diploma holders and ITI candidates in various engineering disciplines and trades such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Computer Science, Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Turner, Machinist, COPA and other trades.

The number of training slots is provisional/tentative and may change depending on the actual manpower requirement of BEML and the applicable reservation provisions under the Apprentices Act, 1961 at the time of engagement.

BEML Apprentice Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process

The BEML Apprentice Recruitment 2026 selection process is based on merit and document verification. There will be no written examination or interview.

1. Application Screening : Applications will be checked based on eligibility and prescribed qualifications.
2. Merit List : A category-wise merit list will be prepared for each trade and location based on marks in the final qualifying examination.
3. Document Verification : Candidates will be shortlisted for verification in a 1:5 ratio against the available training slots.
4. Final Selection: Candidates found eligible during document verification will be considered for engagement according to merit.
5. Offer of Engagement : Selected candidates will receive the engagement offer subject to availability of training slots.
6. Joining Requirements : Candidates must accept the NATS/NAPS apprenticeship contract and submit the required medical and police verification certificates.
