HURL Executive Eligibility 2026

Process Engineering, O&U, Ammonia and Urea: Candidates should have a full-time regular Engineering Degree in Chemical/Chemical Technology with at least 60% marks. For O&U positions, a Mechanical Engineering qualification is also accepted as prescribed.

Electrical and Mechanical: Candidates must possess the relevant full-time Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, as applicable, with a minimum of 60% marks.

• IT – SAP: Candidates should have an Engineering Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 60% marks. Relevant experience in SAP FICO, SAP MM or SAP SD is required for the respective position. SAP certification is preferred where prescribed.

• Human Resource: Candidates should have a full-time MBA/MSW, Integrated 5-year MBA or 2-year PG Diploma in HRM/Personnel Management with a minimum of 60% marks. An LLB qualification is desirable.

• Marketing: Candidates should possess B.Sc. Agriculture with M.Sc. Agriculture, or B.Sc. Agriculture/B.Tech with a full-time MBA/PGDBM in Marketing, Agribusiness Marketing or Rural Management, with a minimum of 60% marks.

B. HURL FTC Vacancy 2026 – 2 Posts

HURL has announced 2 vacancies on Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis for the Medical discipline.

HURL Medical Eligibility 2026

Candidates applying for the Medical post under FTC basis should possess an MBBS degree recognised by the Medical Council of India.

Candidates must also have either:

• Certificate of training in Industrial Health of at least 3 months from a DG FASLI-approved or State Government-recognised institution; or
• Diploma in Industrial Health, as prescribed in the recruitment notification.

C. HURL Non-Executive Vacancy 2026 – 43 Posts

The Non-Executive recruitment consists of Jr. Engineer Assistant (II) – Grade 2 positions in various technical disciplines.

O&U, Ammonia and Urea: Candidates should have a 3-year full-time Diploma in Chemical/Chemical Technology. For O&U, a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is also accepted. A 3-year B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) is also eligible as prescribed, with a minimum of 50% marks.

• UPH Operations: Candidates should possess a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering with at least 50% marks.
• Instrumentation: Candidates should have a 3-year Diploma in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Instrumentation or an eligible allied discipline, with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Quality Assurance & Inspection (Mechanical): Candidates should possess a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 50% marks.
