Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant practical experience in areas such as prevention, control and abatement of river pollution, industrial pollution, sewage management and environmental management.

Candidates should also have familiarity with environmental regulations, environmental norms and data analytics.

  1. Scientist-C – 8 Posts

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess:

  • First Class Master’s Degree in Environmental Science/Natural Science, or
  • First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Environmental, Chemical, Civil, Energy and Environment, or Biotechnology.

Candidates must additionally satisfy one of the following:

  • Cumulative impact factor of published papers of at least 7 in UGC CARE-listed or Scopus-indexed journals; or
  • At least 3 books/edited book chapters published with ISBN through publishers having an established peer-review system; or
  • At least 3 technical reports published by CPCB/SPCB.

  1. Scientist-B – 12 Posts

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must have:

  • First Class Master’s Degree in Environmental Science/Natural Science, or
  • First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in Environmental, Chemical, Civil, Energy and Environment, or Biotechnology.

Candidates must also possess either:

  • A valid GATE score with 90% or above percentile, or
  • NET-JRF qualification.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the concerned field. Relevant research or teaching experience may also be considered as specified in the recruitment notification.

  1. Assistant Manager (Finance) – 3 Posts

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess any one of the following:

  • First Class Master’s Degree in Commerce with Finance & Accounting/Taxation; or
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification; or
  • MBA in Finance & Accounting.

Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience is required.

The experience should include computer-based office work and advanced knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, spreadsheets and database applications.
