RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 326 Graduate, Technician & Trade Apprentice Posts

RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) has released the RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2026-27 notification for the engagement of 326 Graduate Apprentice, Technician Apprentice and Trade Apprentice trainees. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official RCFL website from 4 September 2026 to 20 September 2026.

The apprenticeship training will be conducted at RCFL’s Trombay (Mumbai) and Thal (Raigad, Maharashtra) units. Candidates who meet the required educational qualification and age criteria can submit their applications online before the deadline.

Under this recruitment drive, RCFL has announced 145 Graduate Apprentice, 105 Technician Apprentice and 76 Trade Apprentice vacancies. The apprenticeship duration is generally 12 months, while certain Trade Apprentice positions have a training period of 15 or 24 months.

RCFL Apprentice Vacancy 2026-27

RCFL has announced 326 apprentice vacancies under three categories: Graduate Apprentice, Technician Apprentice and Trade Apprentice.

RCFL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates must carefully check the RCFL Apprentice eligibility criteria before submitting their applications.

• Educational Qualification
• Candidates must possess the required qualification from a recognized University or Institute.
• The qualification must have been completed through a regular full-time course.
• Qualifications obtained through Distance Learning, Part-Time or Correspondence modes are not eligible.
• Allied branches of Diploma in Engineering are not accepted where a specific engineering discipline is prescribed.
• Candidates who have already completed Act Apprentice training are not eligible.
• Candidates having one year or more of job/work experience are not eligible.
• Candidates pursuing higher studies are also not eligible.
• The passing certificate/final-year marksheet for the prescribed qualification must be dated on or after 1 July 2023.
• The minimum percentage will be calculated based on the final year or aggregate marks of the last two semesters, as applicable.

Important Qualification Conditions for B.Sc Candidates

Candidates having B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics should carefully check the prescribed major subject requirements.

• Candidates with Chemistry as the major subject can be considered for Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) and Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant).
• Candidates with Physics as the major subject can be considered for Instrument Mechanic (Chemical Plant).
• Candidates with Biology in graduation, with only Zoology or only Botany, may apply for Graduate Apprentice positions such as Secretarial Assistant or Recruitment Executive (HR), subject to the notification conditions.

Candidates may apply without having the passing certificate at the time of application, but the original passing certificate must be produced during document verification. Failure to produce the required certificate can result in cancellation of candidature.

RCFL Apprentice Age Limit 2026

The prescribed age limit for RCFL Apprentice Recruitment 2026 is:

RCFL Apprentice Stipend 2026-27

Selected candidates will receive a monthly apprentice stipend during the training period. The stipend differs according to the apprenticeship category.

The BOAT component is disbursed directly to eligible apprentices. RCF is not responsible for delays or non-payment of the BOAT component.

During training, RCF also provides certain facilities, including morning breakfast, tea and vegetarian lunch thali, subject to company policy. Apprentices may also receive OPD medical facilities at the RCF Hospital, uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as applicable.

No transportation facility or transportation reimbursement is provided.

RCFL Apprentice Training Location 2026

The apprenticeship training will be conducted at one of the following RCF units:

• Trombay, Mumbai
• Thal, Raigad District, Maharashtra

Candidates must select their preferred training location while filling out the online application.

The selected “Posting At” option cannot be changed after submission. The final training location will depend on the approved intake and requirements of the respective unit.

The training location will remain non-transferable throughout the apprenticeship period. Requests for transfer from one unit to another will not be entertained.

RCFL Apprentice Selection Process 2026

The RCFL Apprentice selection process will primarily be based on merit and document verification.

Step 1: Preparation of Merit List

• RCFL will prepare a merit list based on the marks obtained in the prescribed essential educational qualification, along with applicable reservation rules.

Where candidates have been awarded CGPA, CPI or grades, the equivalent percentage must be calculated according to the norms of the concerned University/Institute. Candidates may be required to produce a supporting certificate during document verification.

Step 2: Document Verification

• Candidates shortlisted on the basis of merit will be called for Document Verification (DV).
• Candidates must produce the required original certificates and documents at this stage.

Step 3: Apprenticeship Contract

• Candidates who successfully complete document verification will be appointed as Apprentice Trainees after approval of their apprenticeship contract on the applicable NATS/NAPS portal.

Candidates must report for joining within the prescribed time after contract approval.

Tie-Breaking Criteria

1. If two or more candidates obtain the same marks, including decimal marks, the following tie-breaking criteria will apply:

   If the qualification is the same, the candidate with higher marks in the preceding qualification will be ranked higher.

4. Read the detailed recruitment advertisement, eligibility requirements and terms and conditions carefully.
5. Click on “I Accept” and proceed to “Apply Online.”
6. Select the preferred training location – Trombay or Thal.
7. Keep a recent passport-size colour photograph and signature ready in the prescribed format.
8. Complete the online application form with accurate personal, educational and other required details.
9. Upload the required documents and submit the application.
10. After successful submission, generate the application form.
11. Click on “Print” and keep a copy of the submitted application form safely.
12. The printed application form must be produced during document verification. Candidates do not need to send a hard copy to RCF.
