Engineers India Limited (EIL) has released the EIL Associate Engineer Recruitment 2026 notification for the recruitment of 12 Associate Engineer Grade I posts on a fixed-term basis. Eligible and experienced engineering candidates can complete the EIL Associate Engineer online registration from 25 August 2026 to 08 September 2026.

The vacancies are available for Pipeline/Piping Engineer, Offshore Structural Engineer, and Project Engineer positions. The selection process includes screening of applications and a walk-in personal interview. There is no written examination for this recruitment.

Experience for Pipeline/Piping Engineer

Candidates applying for Position A should preferably have experience in areas such as:

• Refinery and petrochemical projects

Selected candidates for Associate Engineer Grade I will receive consolidated monthly remuneration based on the applicable city category.

There is no written examination for EIL Associate Engineer Recruitment 2026.
Application Screening → Personal Interview → Medical Fitness → Final Selection

1. Screening
   At the interview venue, EIL will verify the candidate’s application and supporting certificates to determine whether the candidate satisfies the prescribed eligibility requirements.
2. Personal Interview
   Candidates who successfully clear the initial screening will be considered for the Personal Interview.
   The interview may continue beyond the scheduled time depending on the number of candidates. If required, it may also continue on the following day.
3. Medical Fitness
   Candidates selected for appointment must satisfy the prescribed medical fitness requirements before joining EIL.
   Candidates should note that submitting an online application does not automatically guarantee participation in the interview. Eligibility will be verified during the screening process.
