The GPSC Class 1 & 2 Prelims Result 2026-27 has been officially declared by the Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) on 30 July 2026 for the Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination conducted under Advertisement No. 5/2026-27. According to the official notification, 6,099 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for the next stage of the recruitment process. The shortlisted candidates are eligible to appear for the GPSC Class 1 & 2 Main Written Examination for various prestigious Gujarat Government services, including Gujarat Administrative Service (Class-1), Gujarat Civil Service (Class-1 & Class-2), Gujarat State Municipal Chief Officers’ Service (Class-2), and the Special Recruitment Drive for Persons with Disabilities (Divyang Candidates).

Candidates should note that this is only the Preliminary Examination Result and not the final selection list. All qualified candidates must complete the Detailed Application Form (DAF) within the prescribed dates to become eligible for the Main Examination. GPSC Class 1 & 2 Selection Process 2026-27

The GPSC Class 1 & 2 Recruitment 2026-27 selection process consists of multiple stages. Candidates must qualify each stage to move to the next phase.

Stage 1: Preliminary Examination
Screening test conducted on 7 June 2026.
Marks are generally used for shortlisting candidates for the Main Examination.
Stage 2: Main Written Examination
Only candidates who qualify the Preliminary Exam can appear.

Stage 3: Personal Interview
