Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (RFCL) has released the RFCL Recruitment 2026 notification for 40 vacancies for experienced professionals. The recruitment includes various Engineer, Manager, Officer and other specialist posts across multiple technical and non-technical disciplines.

RFCL Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

The educational qualification and experience requirements vary according to the post. Candidates should possess the prescribed qualification from a recognized institution and meet the required post-qualification experience.

Educational Qualification

• Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/IT Engineer: Relevant B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) or prescribed equivalent qualification.
• Materials/Transportation: Engineering degree or prescribed MBA/PG Diploma in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management.
• HR: MBA/Integrated MBA/PG Degree or Diploma in HRM/Personnel Management & Industrial Relations.
• Secretarial: Post-Graduate Degree in any discipline.
• Medical: MBBS; MD/MS is desirable.
• Finance & Accounts: CA, CMA or prescribed MBA in Finance.
• IT: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engineering) in Computer Science/Computer Technology/Information Technology or MCA.

Most regular educational qualifications require full-time and regular study with at least 60% marks, except where specifically exempted, such as CA/CMA.

Candidates appearing in the final year or awaiting results as on the prescribed cut-off date are not eligible.

RFCL Recruitment 2026 Experience Required

RFCL is recruiting experienced professionals, and the minimum experience depends on the post.

• Engineer/Officer posts generally require 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Assistant Manager posts generally require 3 years of experience.
• Deputy Manager (Chemical) requires 7 years.
• Additional CMO requires 11 years.
• CMO requires 14 years.
• Chief Manager (Finance & Accounts) requires 18 years.

Experience must generally be acquired after obtaining the prescribed educational qualification and should meet the experience conditions mentioned in the official notification.

Age Relaxation

Age relaxation will be available to eligible reserved and other categories as per Government of India rules and the conditions mentioned in the RFCL notification.

• SC/ST: Up to 5 years
• OBC (NCL): Up to 3 years
• PwBD: Up to 10/13/15 years depending on category
• Ex-Servicemen: As per applicable Government rules
• Candidates domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir during the specified period: 5 years

After applicable relaxations, the maximum age should not exceed 56 years as specified in the recruitment notification.
