HEMRL Apprentice Stipend 2026

HEMRL Apprentice Documents Required 2026
Candidates shortlisted for the HEMRL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026-27 must produce the required documents during Document Verification (DV) and at the time of joining. Candidates should carry the original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies wherever required.

- Valid Police Verification Certificate from the candidate’s last place of residence and permanent address.
- Certificate of Physical Fitness in the prescribed format, issued by an authorised Medical Officer of a Government Hospital.
- Candidates must satisfy the applicable health standards prescribed under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprentice Rules, 1992.
- Undertaking for compliance with the Indian Official Secrets Act, 1923.
- Undertaking to follow the IT Rules and Regulations applicable to the Ministry of Defence.
- Aadhaar-seeded bank account details for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) of the apprenticeship stipend, such as the front page of the bank passbook or a cancelled cheque.
- Three recent passport-size colour photographs.

4. Reporting for Joining
Candidates must report for joining on the date specified by HEMRL. Failure to report within the prescribed time may be treated as unwillingness to undergo training, and the candidature may be forfeited without further communication.
5. Verification of Eligibility and Documents
Candidates must fulfil all prescribed eligibility conditions. If any information provided by a candidate is found to be false, incorrect or forged, or if the candidate fails to meet any eligibility requirement, their candidature may be cancelled immediately.
6. No Guarantee of Employment After Apprenticeship
Completion of apprenticeship training does not guarantee permanent, temporary or contractual employment with HEMRL or DRDO. Apprentices cannot claim employment solely on the basis of completing the apprenticeship.
7. No TA/DA or Other Facilities
HEMRL will not provide Travelling Allowance (TA), Dearness Allowance (DA), accommodation, transport or medical facilities at any stage of the selection process or during apprenticeship training.
8. Compliance With Rules
Selected apprentices must follow all rules, regulations and instructions issued by the HEMRL Administration from time to time during the training period.
