• Experience in refinery, petrochemical, gas processing, fertilizer, chemical, offshore, pipeline, LNG or similar projects is preferred.
• Knowledge of RCC and steel structure analysis and design is desirable.
• Knowledge of STAAD.Pro and SAP is preferred.

Engineer (Mechanical-Piping)

• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 65% marks.
• Relevant experience in piping engineering.
• Exposure to piping stress analysis using CAESAR-II, piping layouts and Material Take-Off is preferred.

EIL Deputy Manager Eligibility

Upper Age Limit: 32 years
Minimum Experience: 4 years

Deputy Manager (Civil-Structural)

• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in the relevant discipline as prescribed by EIL.
• Minimum 65% marks.
• Relevant experience in civil infrastructure design and engineering is preferred.
• Experience may include site grading, stormwater drainage, roads, underground piping and water/wastewater infrastructure.

Deputy Manager (EWS)

• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in Chemical, Civil, Environment or Industrial Pollution Abatement Engineering.
• Minimum 65% marks.
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment plants and/or Environmental Impact Assessment studies is preferred.

Deputy Manager (Mechanical)

Depending on the position, candidates may be required to have Mechanical Engineering qualification with relevant experience in areas such as:

• Static equipment
• Package/HVAC engineering
• Rotating equipment
• Fired heaters
• Engineering procurement
• Design and engineering

Experience with relevant industry software and projects may be preferred for individual positions.

Deputy Manager (AI-DTS)

• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) or MCA in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or IT.
• Minimum 65% marks.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in AI development.
• At least 2 years of experience in Generative AI/Agentic AI solutions is required.
• Relevant technologies include LLM, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, vLLM, document intelligence and LLMOps.

Deputy Manager (IT-DTS)

• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) or MCA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT.
• Minimum 65% marks.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in data analytics, dashboards and data visualization is required.
• Experience with Power BI, DAX, Power BI Gateway, SQL, data modelling and Oracle databases is relevant.

Deputy Manager (Chemical-Process)

• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 65% marks.
• Relevant experience as a Process Engineer in oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, gas processing, fertilizer or LNG facilities is preferred.

Deputy Manager (Instrumentation)

• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc in Instrumentation & Control or Instrumentation & Electronics.
• Minimum 65% marks.
• Relevant experience in instrumentation and control system design and engineering is preferred.

Deputy Manager (Electrical)

• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 65% marks.
• Relevant experience in electrical system design and engineering in refinery, petrochemical, gas processing, fertilizer or chemical projects is preferred.
• Experience with Smart Plant Electrical and ETAP is preferred.

EIL Manager Eligibility

Upper Age Limit: 36 years
Minimum Experience: 8 years

Candidates applying for Manager-level positions must possess the prescribed BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) or MCA qualification, depending on the post, with a minimum of 65% marks.

Relevant experience is required in the respective functional area.

Manager positions include:

• Manager (FED)
• Manager (EWS-Safety)
• Manager (DTS)
• Manager (Electrical)
• Manager (Alumina)

For the Manager (DTS) position, candidates should have relevant experience in AI/software application design, development, evaluation and deployment, including experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

For the Manager (Alumina) position, relevant qualifications include Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Metallurgy & Materials or Chemical Engineering, along with relevant experience in ore beneficiation or extractive metallurgical plants.

EIL Senior Manager Eligibility

Upper Age Limit: 40 years
Minimum Experience: 12 years

Senior Manager (DTS)

• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) or MCA in the relevant discipline.
• Minimum 65% marks.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in enterprise software architecture, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Relevant experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience with technologies such as LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, vLLM, LLM fine-tuning, document intelligence and LLMOps.

Senior Manager (Chemical-Process 2)

• BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 65% marks.
• Relevant experience in process design of nuclear power plants or nuclear facilities is preferred.

The age will be calculated as on 31 August 2026.

The total CTC includes components such as Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, HRA, applicable perks and allowances, earned leave encashment and retirement benefits, as per company rules.
